Getting started

Vixy Agent is a desktop app. Early access starts on Macs with Apple silicon, running macOS 13 or later; Windows and Linux are on the way.

Install

When your invite arrives, download the app from the link in the email, open it, and the launcher greets you.

Connect your AI

Choose the AI your team should use: your own sign-in or key with a provider you already use, or a local model. See Choose your AI.

Meet your team

Open the characters gallery in the launcher and pick the ones you like. Choose Launch on desktop, then minimise the window: your characters step out onto your desktop. Open the window again and they head back inside.

Ask for something

Talk or type. Ask a question, show a character your screen, or hand over a task. When a task needs to send, pay, buy or delete, an approval card appears and waits for your click.
